The Law Firm of Seland DA was founded on 1st. September 1993 by a group of business lawyers with a background in tax law. The firm was successor to a business established in 1981.

Today we provide assistance within the entire field of business law.

Our clients are, for the most part, commercial enterprises – from sole traders to listed companies. However, we also do work for private customers, who are often related to companies that also are our clients. We have a number of foreign clients and collaborate with law firms in the Nordic countries, Europe and the United States.
